Chiang
Mai Flower Festival, Chiang Mai, Thailand
- For a few months every year, the Northern town
of Chiang Mai celebrates the flower festival.
While famous for its infinite variety of orchids,
Chiang Mai is also home to hundreds of other flower
varieties, and the flower festival shows them
all. In addition to the festival itself, this
trip includes plenty of time to explore the famous
night market, experience the traditional Khan
Toke dinner and show, and even includes a trek
to local villages by the traditional transportation
– Elephant.
This trip originates in Bangkok and includes
overnight train transportation to and from Chiang Mai.

LITTLE LEFTOVER POINTS?
Each country will be making occasional trips to in-country destinations
on long weekends. Usually these three day trips cost between 2 and
3 points and make a good way to insure you get to use all your trip
credits.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TEFL COURSE
SIGN UPS: We strongly advise that you do not book your TEFL
course on a month that coincides with a trip you really want to
go on. Should you decide to do this your TEFL course will be 8 weeks
long due to you missing your allocated teaching English practice
in Vietnam. We recommend that you do the TEFL course a month before
going on a Vietnam TEFL trip, giving you time to find teaching job
or travel around the other parts of the country or Asia.
